Setup Guide
Follow the customer journey in order: installation, activation, login, buffering checks and renewal.
Installation
For ETV or ETV Pro, download the Android app from the Free Trial page and allow installation from the trusted source when your device asks. Xtream users should install a compatible player for their device.
Activation
Open the installed app. ETV and ETV Pro users can follow the in-app trial or activation path. Xtream users enter the account or playlist information supplied after approval.
Login
Use the credentials or activation code issued for the selected product. Check capitalization and remove accidental spaces before submitting.
Buffering checks
Restart the device and router, test a different channel, choose a suitable picture quality and confirm that your connection is stable. ETV Pro includes CDN by default.
Renewal
Confirm your current product and account details before purchasing the next plan. Contact support if the renewal must be applied to an existing account.
